• Art suggests setting up bank acct - Board Decides to use Riverside Bank (no fees)
• Set membership signup deadline to be Nov 30th, 2006.
• Astonomical League - Art will look into the details of what's required.
• BAS is insured through some outfit in New Hampshire - why not Ast League?
• State of Florida Not-for-profit incorporation (Rick will look into this)
• AI (Matt) are we covered by Univ Insurance?
• Set up email addresses for everyone @mlbastro.org
• Set up paypal acct for membership dues
• Planning for next meeting - we should try to have a 'hands on' component to each meeting.
• Need to set a date to work on the 14" and 16" telescope refurb projects
• Peter shows draft of newsletter
