• Rick set up club account at Riverside on Babcock. Art and Matt need to stop by and fill out signature forms.
• Ast League is $5/member, and $10/club to join. Art has address, etc. General coverage is $2M.
• Sky and Tel: Need at least 5 members to sign up to get discount price of $32.95/yr, and can add more after that.
• Art brought Articles of Incorporation from BAS
• Rick presents drafts of Article of Incorporation and By-Laws modified for MAS. Discussion.
• SAS now has key for the BSO.
• BAS has a star party coming up at Erna Nixon Park that MAS should assist with.
