• Treas Report - Rick is absent. Peter gives report. To-date, 13 paid members. Two are paying tonight. Checks have been ordered.
• Harmony Star Party (Peter Scheuter): About 6 people showed up from a wide area. Next Harmony Star Party is Feb 10, then March 10, and March 24 at Erna Nixon Park Midnight Stroll. Good skies, but a little cloudy.

• SAS Pres: March 3 Star Party (First Mon of Spring Break) probably to be held on campus at "BSO". Waiting to hear from Student Activities about funding. Art suggests we should advertise in the paper to bring out the public. First SAS meeting of the year is next wednesday at 7pm. Ronald Nelson says moon will be at totality just about when it rises. SAS is hoping to get the 16" refurbished.
• Old Business: Art will be sending in list to the Astronomical League in 2-4 weeks. Art requests one more board meeting to hammer out the incorporation issues. Suggestion that we look at San Jose Ast Society By-Laws and perhaps adapt them to our purposes.
• M. Wood updates the progress on the FIT Olin 32" telescope.
